Elie has more than 27 years of experience in Law with a broad exposure in the Middle East and the GCC region. He is specialized in dispute resolution and litigation before the High Courts and participated with vast cases of arbitration or amicable settlement as he has high skills of negotiations under the applicable laws.

He is a Legal Advisor to multiple of organizations, associations and corporate, representing them before its clients and stakeholders for all legal consultancies.

He was appointed as a Legal Advisor to the Minister of Interior of Lebanon for a period of 7 years and was involved in all reviews of bids and contracts being member of the ministerial delegations.

He handled also multiple legal cases pertaining to insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as financial institutions under the laws and regulations of the Central bank of Lebanon and the Lebanese Control Commission, while aligning with the jurisdictions of other Central Banks in Arab countries.
